PetroRio has started the production, on July 11th, of the 7-FR-54H-RJS (“ODP4”) well located in Frade field. Inital production has exceed expectations, reaching up initial peak of around 15.000 barrels of oil per day. This well is the first one in the Frade revitalization campaign. The Company has opted for an earlier start for the drilling of the second producing well (MUP3A) that was foreseen for the second phase of the campaign. Such decision was taken due to the lower cost and execution time for the OPD4 well.
