We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated candidate to work in our Offshore Business Area. The main responsibilities of this position are to assist the advisory, consulting, and broking teams with their daily tasks, monitor and register contracts, ensure adhesion to contractual obligations and at occasion assist on contacts directly with the customers in administrative level, with side support to the finance department. This position has great future potential in the company for the right candidate, and has been the start point for most of the staff today working in our group.
Qualifications Required:
- Good Microsoft Office package (especially MS Excel)
- English Advanced or Fluent
- Spanish or French desired
- Previous experience as intern desired but not mandatory
Location:
- Our Offshore office in Centro, Rio de Janeiro.
Work Regime:
- Full time, office and home office.
